This agreement to purchase items or downloads from this website is between Us (GSL Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN 68053968826 trading as Fiona Kear), and You as the purchaser. Currently Fiona Kear only ships within Australia. Arrangements MAY be made under certain circumstances to ship to places outside of Australia. This may be arranged after purchaser contacts Fiona Kear via email, [email protected]
Fiona Kear agrees to send your purchased item/s within 7 days of payment to the address specified in your online order. Fiona Kear will send items within Australia in a tracked parcel via Australia Post, at her own cost. Insurance may be available at and extra cost at time of check out.

Fiona Kear agrees to advise you via email the delivery details once the item is posted.
All sales are final, unless you wish to cancel the order before posting, in which case funds will be refunded within 24 hours.
Fiona Kear unreservedly reserves the right to withhold service to you and cancel your account for any of the following reasons: profanity, bullying, abuse or any other type of unsociable behaviors whether in writing or verbal communication that I deem inappropriate.

  • REFUND POLICY

I want you to be happy with any purchases, however original artworks, prints, or digital downloads will not be refunded due to change of mind, so please choose carefully. If any item is received damaged please advise me within 24 hours of receipt, take photographs for both of our reference, and a refund will be discussed, less cost of postage. Should we agree on a refund, a refund will be processed within 24 hours of this agreement, either direct to your bank account, or via paypal, depending on which process you used for the original purchase.
All sales are final, unless you wish to cancel the order before posting, in which case funds will be refunded within 24 hours.

  • PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED

The website accepts payment via WooCommerce credit cards, direct bank deposit, PayPal. The website does not accept American Express or Diners Club.


In the case of direct bank deposit, the payment must be fully cleared before goods will be released.
